The European Social Club is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data in compliance with the privacy and integrity of personal data and in compliance with current personal data protection rules, with particular accuracy Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data - RGPD - and Law No 58/2019 of 8th August. The data collected and processed in this scope are intended to comply with legal norms and contractual provisions, being kept for the necessary and legally established period and, if requested, may be communicated to the host institutions of the trainees for billing or certificates purposes.
